Started in 1998, Goatsby’s Place is focused on the education, preservation, and responsible private ownership of the Beaded lizards, venomous lizards of the family Helodermatidae. There are only two known species of this fascinating reptile; the Gila monster and Mexican beaded lizard. Although the focus of this site is on the Gila monster, we still have a lot of love and respect for the Mexican beaded lizards.
