We require a signature on all live animal shipments. Our guarantee of live arrival becomes void if there is no one available to sign for the box. We are not responsible for carrier delays or failure.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to avoid delivery delays we recommend that animals be shipped to the Fed Ex hub and held there for pickup. Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
